It's not just the fact that Errol McCalla learned to play seven musical instruments by the age of 12 that makes him so fascinating. It could be because he was also writing and producing music by this age, but that's still not the only reason. Perhaps it's the fact that he's worked with superstars such as Beyoncé, Missy Elliott, Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey, Timbaland, and Dr. Dre, but that still doesn't quite pinpoint what's so compelling about McCalla. He's worked behind the scenes on multiple albums, owns his own production company, and is an entrepreneurial wizard, but these facts alone do not sum up the total of McCalla's lure. What makes McCalla so extraordinary is that he has accomplished all of these things before his 30th birthday. Nykita McCalla,

Nykita McCalla is an active trustee and member of the McCalla Family Foundation. She is involved with and founded several outreach programs and organizations that support her humanitarian efforts. A philanthropist at heart, McCalla is an advocate for helping others grow into an improved quality of life - mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She believes that to truly change the world, one must start with change from within. McCalla also has a love and interest for creative arts. She has composed several children's books with a creative, educational twist that is fun and interactive, with a focus on life applications. Also, she is currently working on movie projects that will encompass enlightening, motivating and wholesome messages while maintaining an entertaining essence.
